Licensing & Usage
Last updated March 21, 2026
This Licensing & Usage page explains how content, materials, and deliverables published by Tribal House may be used unless a separate written agreement says otherwise.
Website Content
All website content, including text, project descriptions, imagery, layouts, motion, branding elements, downloads, and design treatments, remains the property of Tribal House or its licensors unless stated otherwise.
Permitted Reference Use
You may view the website and reference our work internally for review, research, or procurement purposes. You may not republish, adapt, redistribute, or commercially exploit our website content without prior written consent.
Client Work
Usage rights for client deliverables, source files, code, brand assets, design systems, and related outputs are governed by the specific proposal, statement of work, or signed agreement for that engagement.
If a project includes a transfer or licence of usage rights, that will be described in writing. Rights not expressly granted remain reserved.
Third-Party Assets
Some project outputs may contain third-party fonts, imagery, software, plugins, licensed templates, stock media, or other materials subject to separate licence terms. Clients are responsible for complying with those third-party licence requirements where applicable.
Restrictions
You may not:
- Reproduce or republish our website content as your own.
- Extract, resell, or redistribute Tribal House materials as a template library, kit, or product.
- Use our branding, marks, or project imagery in a misleading way or without permission.
- Assume a transfer of ownership or source rights unless it is clearly documented in a signed agreement.
Permissions
If you want to feature, quote, reproduce, or license any Tribal House material beyond normal reference use, contact us first so we can confirm whether permission can be granted.
